2019
Automation W+R's innovation "Safe recognition of welding and soldering seams with artificial intelligence" is awarded the AAE Innovation Star 2019. It will be awarded by the OEM experts at Automotive Engineering Expo 2019, the international trade fair for specialist engineers from the automotive and supplier industries, for particularly pioneering concepts with multidisciplinary approaches.
2018
Automation W+R GmbH wins an Innovation Award at JEC World, the world's leading trade fair for lightweight construction, in the category Sports and Leisure for its collaborative robot system for high-precision measurement of composite components.
The flexible robot "Robomill", developed by Boll Automation, was awarded 3rd place in the category "Manipulation, Robotics and System Solutions" at the renowned Handling Award at Motek on 09.10.2018.
2017
The founder of RIXEN Cableway GmbH, Bruno Rixen, was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation by the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation for his groundbreaking invention of the Cableway.
2016
Minespect®, developed for the automated testing of ropes in hoisting systems is among the winners of the Mining Technology Explore Program 2016. The Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority (SREDA) awards this prize to innovative mining solutions with a high practical relevance.

2015
We were able to secure a spot among the final three nominees for the Deutsche Arbeitsschutzpreis (German occupational health and safety prize) awarded on 27.10.2015. The automatic cable inspection system Winspect was recognised.

Innovation Award 2015 of the PFA (Association of French car manufacturers) for project Gwel. Our French partner Edixia Automations SAS was awarded.

2014
Awarding of the German Society for Non-Destructive Testing (DGZFP) Anwenderpreis (user prize). The prize by the German Society for Non-Destructive Testing, with an endowment of € 3000, underscores our expertise in innovative solutions for non-destructive testing. The prize was awarded in front of 600 guests in Potsdam during the DGZFP 2014 annual meeting.2012
Acceptance into the leading-edge cluster MAICARBON as R&D partner for inspection in the field of "carbon fibre reinforced plastics" (CFRP or Carbon) technology.
The founder of RIXEN Cableway GmbH, Bruno Rixen, was awarded the Cross of Merit on Ribbon of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for special merits.
Bruno Rixen was awarded the Golden Badge of Honour for special achievements and merits in the field of water ski cableways by the German Water Ski and Wakeboard Association.
2011
The Russian Water Ski Association honoured Bruno Rixen on the 24th of july 2011 with a certificate of thanks for his essential contribution to the development of water skiing in Russia.
2010
The company RIXEN Cableway GmbH was awarded the 1st place in the category "handicraft" at the renowned export price Bavaria on the 29th of October 2010.
2009
Appointed to CEN/TC 138/WG 4 to assist in European standardisation. The EN (European Committee for Standardisation) is developing standards for non-destructive testing in Working Group 4.
2008
Innovation prize of the concrete component supplier industry for our LAMAS system, the bulk density measuring and analysis system for concrete blocks.
It was certified on the 8th of January in 2008, that Dipl.-Ing. Bruno Rixen was included in the dictionary of persons "WHO IS WHO IN DER BUNDESREPUBLIK DEUTSCHLAND". Admission is only possible through proof of considerable achievements, which Mr. Rixen provided through the invention of Cableways.
The Order of Merit was awarded to Bruno Rixen, the inventor of cable wakeboard and water ski systems, by the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation.
2007
